The biggest disappointment was finding out at check-in that the outdoor pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. The hotel hadn't told me ahead of time, and I was pretty upset. I booked a two-bedroom suite through booking.com, then learned there'd be no trash pickup or housekeeping, and no supplies like toilet paper or linens because I'd booked through a third party. They said they couldn't change my reservation or provide housekeeping for the same reason. The house rules were strict, too. The rooms were nice enough, but the bathrooms looked dated and a bit dingy. The hotel was otherwise pretty good, but the poor service means I don't think I'll stay again.

We only needed a room for one night and walked in without a reservation. We got a beautiful deluxe room without paying the deluxe rate. The place feels well cared for, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I'd happily stay here again when we're back in the area.

We had such a great time in unit 1105. It was clean, roomy, and just amazing. Sitting on the balcony with my 81-year-old mother and having coffee was so relaxing. We've already booked another trip.

For my birthday and our 31st anniversary, my husband and I booked a two-bedroom condo at the Seaside through CAPITAL VACATIONS. We couldn't open the balcony doors to enjoy the ocean sounds because the building was being prepared for exterior painting. Inside, the old furniture looked dated, the beds were uncomfortable, and there were no blankets on them or extras in the closets. The hallways smelled like weed at times and sewage at others. This is the building Capital shows during those long 15-hour presentations. If these are the places available to book, I might as well work out how to get out of this timeshare.

The staff were amazing, and security in the area was great too. But the room smelled like pot, and the beds were hard as rocks. The air ducts seemed to spread the smell to every room, and it didn't seem like they were trying to screen their guests. I wouldn't go back.
