Walkable Couple's Retreat in North Myrtle Beach!

This felt like highway robbery. We booked four nights, but the place was dirty, the bed was only full-sized, and there were no towels or toiletries. I contacted support and was told we could stay the night and get the rest refunded, with a night's rate of $55. We left instead and were there only about 30 minutes, most of that spent dealing with customer support. We did get a refund, but they charged us $130 for the one night we didn't stay. Take pictures to back yourself up. Our customer service rep never told us to do that, and that's how they can get away with it. A poster in the room listed rules about caring for the towels, but we were supposedly sent an email saying towels weren't provided, and neither were sheets for the pullout bed. I never got that email. If that had been made clear on the booking site, I wouldn't have booked. An expensive lesson. Beware.
