The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the breakfast. I’d stay again, even though check-in got off to a rough start. The hotel had a large group, housekeeping hadn’t finished the rooms, and I waited about an hour. There were also youth soccer players making a lot of noise in the lobby and elevators, which was frustrating.

The rooms are fine, and the gym and pool are what you’d expect. What makes this a standout business traveler hotel is the staff. They understand the hotel’s mission and deliver an experience that’s far better than the property itself might suggest. In all my years of business travel, they’re the best staff I’ve experienced.

My room was clean and pleasant, with hardwood floors like the standard rooms seem to have throughout. It’s nice not having carpet. The price was a little high, but I’d still recommend staying here.

My first stay here was a great one. ANDRE at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, and he even remembered my name the next day. He deserves an award. The room was spacious, with a beautiful shower, and there’s a nice bar, a good restaurant, and M CLUB if you’re eligible. The lobby and bar area do get busy. Thanks for a great stay!

Club M is a nice bonus, and the staff were professional and attentive. We were told at the desk to book directly for extra benefits instead of calling the general reservation number. The decor looks like it took a lot of investment, though I wish some of that had gone toward better soundproofing in the guest rooms.
