At 11 p.m. with two little kids, we got a first room with pee all over the toilet, popcorn across the floor, and the window and screen wide open. It felt untouched. The man at the front desk was able to move us, but the second room had nasty toenails by the window. This place was not clean. It wasn't my choice, and it definitely won't be again.

The room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, and best of all there were no strong chemical smells or perfumes. My only small gripe: the price was a bit higher than the online listing, and after I registered, the young man at the front desk couldn't add the stay to my Wyndham account. Otherwise, I was happy with it.

I had a snafu of my own, but the staff met it with kindness and understanding and went above and beyond. Their hospitality was second to none. The room was immaculate and very cosy. I can't wait for an excuse to stay again!

I think the young woman who checked us in on the evening of May 4th was named Izzy. She was busy and being pulled in different directions by customers, but she stayed calm, worked through it, and still gave great service. She went out of her way to make sure my 82-year-old mother was well looked after during her stay. Staff like Izzy reflect so well on a business and make a difference when customers have a choice about where to stay. Great job!

The beds were horribly uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty, and the carpet was nasty and smelled like foot fungus. There were bed bugs!!!! This was the worst place I've stayed. I'm filing a complaint with the health department.
