The residents are so friendly, and the views and sunsets are AMAZING. Their local celebrity, Truman, turned 95 today. Happy birthday!

I came down to my car the other day after working in the building and found the battery dead. I asked several residents for a jump, but none of the able-bodied people would help. They looked at me like I was going to rob them. I understand that the people who were too old to drive couldn't help, but they were the only ones who offered. I've never been treated so rudely. There are pleasant people in the building, but don't ask them for help.

It's okay, though construction is going on. The people are very nice, and the workers doing the windows were really polite to us.

This condo community is right on the powder-white sand, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It's beautiful and extremely well maintained. Paradise!
