A beautiful view from the living room balcony, with easy beach access and a pool to enjoy. The townhouse is very nice, and the neighborhood feels friendly, calm, and quiet. I've stayed twice and plan to come back next year.

Unit 1309 was extremely dirty. There was black mold in the shower and by the vents, trash under the couch, and we found a roach. We had to throw away hundreds of dollars' worth of food and left two days early. They reimbursed the cleaning fee, but nothing for the food or inconvenience. We won't return.

The living area was spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view. We did have an air conditioning issue, but the facility took care of it promptly. Great place for a family stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.
