After I got back from the hospital, I found flowers and a card in my room, plus toys and coloring books for my daughter. The room had been tidied up too, and that kindness really moved me. Earlier in my stay, I’d hurt my back badly enough that I couldn’t move and had to call an ambulance. Having a toddler with me made it even more frightening, especially with the room locked and help needing to get inside. Meagan and the rest of the team coordinated with emergency services and kept my daughter safe until my husband arrived. They were compassionate, careful, and so professional when I needed help most. I’ll always remember what Meagan and the team did for us.

Maria at the front desk made checking in feel easy and welcoming. She was kind, professional, and truly helpful. The Courtyard Marriott was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and everything seemed organized from the moment I arrived. I had a great stay and would happily come back and recommend it.

The breakfast choices were good, and there are about two shopping centers within walking distance, which is handy. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was nice, and the staff really went out of their way to make guests feel valued.

I was working at the Montgomery Mall this weekend, and the weather made the drive home impossible. I’m glad I chose this hotel. Alex was friendly and accommodating, even showing me where the microwave was so I could heat my food. The shower had hot water too, lol. At the place I stayed the night before, the water was freezing. This place is wonderful.

My toilet was clogged when I arrived, and the front desk clerk offered me a plunger so I could deal with it myself. I refused and told her she needed to take care of it. Since the phone in my room didn’t work, I had to walk all the way down to the desk to report the problem. She came up, plunged the toilet, then said I’d have to play with the handle to flush it in the future. She wouldn’t move me to another room. Terrible service and facilities.
