The rooms were fine and the hotel was decent, so I might have returned if they’d handled the billing properly. I booked four nights for move-in weekend seven months ahead, then called to shorten it to three. Their computers weren't working, so I was told to mention it at check-in. I did, and they said it was taken care of. I was also supposed to receive status credits. When we left, I gave the front desk our room number and said we were checking out. The bill still included the extra night, and there were no credits for hotel purchases. I called and was told a manager would look into it and get back to me. No call came. A few days later I tried again; same answer. This time they called twice within 30 minutes, said they'd call again, then didn't. Now I have to take it up with corporate. I won't be back.

It was quiet and felt safe, even though the location seemed a little tucked away. The room was immaculate and well cared for, and the hotel looked and smelled brand new. The clean scent was fresh without being overwhelmed by strong cleaning products. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would book again.

Ken at the bar was a 10/10. He was great to talk with and made a perfect margarita. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful.

The beds were so comfortable, and I had plenty of space for my luggage, work, and relaxing. It’s just a short hop from Tuscaloosa’s nightlife, which made the stay really nice. The staff were amazing and generous. Sandra, who worked mornings throughout my stay, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. She even gave me one of her own safety pins to secure part of my shirt. It might seem small, but she could have just said the hotel didn’t have one. The bartender and the front desk clerk on our first night, 2/3/25, were very friendly too. My only issues were that the showers ran cooler than I’m used to and the refrigerators were small.
