Courtyard Boston Norwood/Canton

Room was really nice, and the lobby was comfortable. The location was decent too. But this was the first time I’ve had to pay for parking outside a downtown area. Other Courtyards offer free coffee and a small breakfast, while here the Starbucks coffee comes at top-tier prices. There are better options.

I’m already looking forward to coming back for the breakfast buffet. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pool area especially was great. I had a fantastic stay, and the amenities were top-notch.

I was there for a wedding weekend, and we ate all our meals at the hotel. The space and service were excellent, and the staff were very professional and courteous. I observe the Jewish Sabbath and needed help throughout the day. The team was so accommodating. Special thanks to Jen, Kerri, Jules, and Kempas.

The manager called to apologize and explain the lighting problem in the parking lot, which had been pitch black and treacherous. I appreciated the call. He said they’d tried to address it but hadn’t found a good fix. I suggested putting a photocopied notice on the access doors, and perhaps by the elevator or stairs and at the front desk, to let guests know about the issue and apologize for the inconvenience. There was no need to slip a note under every door, but an announcement at an entry point would help. He also said renovations were about to begin and should be done by January, which is insane. My room was clean and quiet, so I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. I’ll enjoy it even more once the renovations are finished.
