The rooms are okay but dated. For a month-long work stay there's a kitchenette, though no coffee maker, dishes, or iron, so it's basically somewhere to sleep. Getting inside can mean stepping around homeless people. Traveling alone as a man, I was okay, but I wouldn't bring a family. Tonight I even went downstairs to help the front desk woman get an aggressive homeless guy out of the lobby, and it made me wonder what I'm paying over $1,600 a month for. It's sad this is being allowed.

For workers coming in from out of town, the rates are hard to beat, and the rooms have an apartment layout. You get a bed and shower towels, pretty much nothing else, but the staff are always willing to help. My room was clean and the parking lot felt safe. I'd recommend it.

The staff are friendly and helpful when they're around, but there's no one there at night or on weekends. Rooms get cleaned once every 14 days, and you can pay for extra cleanings. Towels and linens also cost extra, and laundry is $4 a load. The rooms and parking lot were dirty, people tried to scam their way into the hotel after hours, and don't look under the bed, it seems like that's never been cleaned.

There were ants in my room, but staff came by quickly to spray. The sheets were clean and, apart from the ants, I didn't see any other bugs. The washers and dryers are really nice. Decent place for an extended stay.

The rooms are clean, and the staff are amazing, especially Dana, who's so great with everyone staying here. Best hotel around.
