The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hallways and elevator are spotless. The building also feels safe and secure. Ms. Paulette and Ms. Unique really care about the people living here. Ms. Paulette makes sure everything is handled professionally, and Ms. Unique always greets me with a smile. They both go above and beyond with customer service. I loved living here, hate that I had to leave, and this is the best Extended Stay hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The price and location are what led my wife and me to choose this hotel for our holiday stay, and we’re glad we did. The rooms and staff were fantastic, and the manager, Polett, stood out. I’ve worked in restaurant management for 14 years, so I tend to pay attention to how people lead. She was great with both staff and guests, and I have to tip my hat to her leadership. Her staff follow her example, too. Great job, Welcome Suites, for making our stay feel like home.
Unique was amazing. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. Her professionalism was such a blessing, and she has a beautiful soul. She deserves a raise, praise, a promotion, and proper recognition for the care she puts into serving her guests. She’s definitely not an NPC, or “non playing character,” just going through the motions. I’m sorry if I misspelled her name, as there are multiple ways to spell it. Thanks for accommodating us and making our stay 10x more enjoyable. God Bless You. Amazing spot.
For the money, this place was just fine. Miss Paulette, the manager, is on top of things, and the staff are caring and want you to have a good stay as long as you follow the rules. She only took over a few months ago, and I think she’s doing a great job. That may explain the sharp contrast between older reviews and recent ones. The hallways were really clean, and even with the last snow that day, the parking lot was easier to get in and out of than the nearby hotels’ lots. They’re dog friendly. I don’t think they allow cats, but you’d have to ask. They do seem to charge for every little thing, especially on extended stays. I saw brown bandit roaches come out from under the bathroom tile, which was the biggest negative. The shower head leaked a little where it fastens to the pipe from the wall. It was squirting onto the floor, so I wrapped a washcloth around it. The refrigerator was banged up but worked fine and was bigger than most hotel fridges. There’s an electric countertop stove that looked usable, though we didn’t try it, and it had some surface rust. The whole hotel, including rooms and hallways, looked like it had been painted fairly recently. The heater worked well. There’s an elevator, and you can get in after hours with your room key card. The front desk seemed to be staffed until 10:00 p.m., but a sign said to pick up the phone and someone would answer 24 hours a day. We couldn’t get the TV to work, but didn’t call because the phone was good enough for us. Given the chance, I’d stay there again.
I wish I could’ve stayed longer, but my health conditions wouldn’t allow it. The manager couldn’t have been kinder, and the staff were outstanding. I really enjoyed my stay, especially for the price, and highly recommend it.
