The rooms were clean, which matters most to me. The hot tub couldn't be used, there wasn't a bench in the gym, and the TVs don't support streaming like Netflix. They only have the outdated TV programming they currently offer.

The fitness room was good, breakfast was fine, and the staff were kind. Our room was quiet and comfortable too. We'd stay here again when we're traveling through this part of Nebraska.

I was here for work. The hotel and room were clean, and breakfast was a good, standard hotel breakfast. The service was disappointing. At check-in, I smiled and greeted the woman at the desk, but she looked at me and then back down without responding. I waited in silence for a full minute while she wasn't typing or doing anything, and even when she looked up again she still said nothing. After I explained I needed to check in, her short answers and tone made it seem like she'd rather be doing anything else. At checkout, the man at the desk was on the phone and also seemed annoyed when I asked for a work receipt. He didn't end the call and couldn't print one, so I gave him my email and asked him to send it. He said he'd send it right over, but more than a day later I still hadn't received it.

I called to reserve a Friday-to-Saturday room for my son, who was coming to town for business. The man who answered was rude. When he quoted over $237 for the night, I said I needed to check with my son about the price. He just hung up, without thanking me or saying to call back if I decided to book. There's no reason to treat someone that way when they're looking for a room. I wouldn't want to stay there after that.
