Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport

I’d planned to return because the room was comfortable and the hotel accepts pets. That changed when I was charged $50 for a pet fee that hadn’t been disclosed when I booked. I’d called in the reservation because I had pets, so I told Jean the manager it should have been mentioned then. Jean was rather rude and said the fee was clearly listed online. I later found the website did list a fee, but it said $10 for two dogs, not $50. When I called Jean again, I was told I’d signed the pet policy with the price on it, basically too bad, as though I had a choice once I’d arrived with my pets. Very disappointing. I’m taking this to corporate.

Jean helped us with check-in and printing materials, and Debbie had the meeting space ready before our crew arrived. Their support made it feel like the Comfort Suites team was part of ours, even though we were traveling states away from home. We held a training event at the Comfort Suites near Milwaukee Airport, using the board room off the main lobby. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped for our team to focus. The projector and screen worked well, and breakfast made the morning easy and productive. We expect to grow by next time and look forward to using one of the larger rooms. Thanks to the whole crew for a great experience.

Jean, the General Manager, was attentive and caring, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I stayed at the Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport in South Milwaukee and was impressed by how immaculate it was. Everywhere I looked was spotless, and the staff showed focus, professionalism, and a real commitment to making guests feel welcome. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels so well run and guest centered. Thank you to Jean and the team for making the stay memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The pool area was a big hit with the kids, and there are some good restaurants within walking distance. It’s also a short trip from MKE. The rooms looked newly renovated, the beds were comfortable, and the whole hotel was very clean. A great stay, especially for the price.
