La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Milwaukee Airport / Oak Creek

Natalia at the front desk made checking in easy and made sure I had what I needed for a comfortable stay. She was friendly, professional, and really helpful from the moment I arrived. La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Milwaukee Airport / Oak Creek is now under new management, and the positive changes were easy to notice. The place felt cleaner, more organized, and more welcoming than I’d expected. I had an excellent stay and would definitely return. I highly recommend this location.

Vijay at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating. My son and I stayed here in February, and we found the rooms great and the staff excellent. The location is fantastic, close to everything. I’d highly recommend it if you’re passing through Oak Creek.

We came for a Christmas gathering and stayed one night. I’d called ahead and was told about the $10 charge to switch from a one-bed room to a two-bed room, so at least that wasn’t a surprise. Still, the breakfast area was completely bare just before 9 in the morning, with every bit of food gone before we’d even made it down the hall. It wasn’t just staff starting to clean up at 9. The comforter had a noticeable tear, the sheet had a cigarette burn, and the TV had a strange discolored strip running the full height of the screen. I asked for an extra blanket and was told, “We don't have any.”

The room looked better inside than the worn-looking halls and elevator, where several small repairs seemed pretty shoddy. Breakfast was cheap, but the eggs and Belgian waffles were good enough for me. The bedding and towels were really nice, and the room was comfortable even with my chronic pain, which is hard to find at this price. I’d stay again.
