We come here often, and Toi has made breakfast something I look forward to. She keeps everything stocked and is so pleasant to chat with. Jenny also always makes my husband and me feel looked after. Bri, Theo and Jasmine provide impeccable customer service, and the rooms, hallways, lobby, and even the outside of the property are kept very clean and well maintained. It’s right off the highway, and we’ve never had a bad stay. I’m hoping Toi is handling breakfast next time too.

The service stayed consistent throughout my visit, and small requests were taken care of promptly. The corridors and shared areas were checked regularly, and the whole place remained clean.

The hotel itself is nice and in a convenient spot, but the service was awful. I read responses to service complaints saying the hotel was addressing the issues. Seeing Manager Ciara B replying made me doubt that, since she was part of the problem I experienced. She and most of the front desk crew were rude, unprofessional, and nasty with customers. Ciara would join in on the bad behavior, then try to put guests out after she and her staff had created a mess. I saw staff treat several customers rudely during my stay. At one point another guest told people to clear the lobby, but staff kept arguing negatively with that customer, which could have put them and others in danger. The people in charge need to clean house before this turns into an unfortunate situation. I will never stay here again, and if I could give zero stars for service, I would. Spend a little more and go to Tinley Park instead.

Toi was so friendly, and her delicious breakfast buffet made our morning. It was a great way to start the day. Thanks, Toi!
