Oak Grove Racing Gaming & Hotel

I've stayed at the hotel a few times, and the rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly, the food court is decent, and the steakhouse is good. I had a burger cooked just right, with lots of flavor, and would suggest trying a smoked old fashioned. My only complaints are that the casino gets smoky and I never win. It's a pretty good little casino and hotel.

It's a nice local place to play arcade-style games, get a good meal, and stay overnight. The big drawback for me is that there are no tables. From what I understand, that's because of Kentucky law, not the casino, but I lost a lot of interest when I found out. Still, I'd recommend checking it out at least once.

I was offered three comp nights and was happy to take them. I booked a basic comp room, then got a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to an executive suite. It was spacious and very clean, with a separate living area, a large king bed, and a hot shower. The check-in and checkout desk staff were incredibly friendly, as was everyone I passed in the hallways. Dinner at the steakhouse bar was excellent, both the food and the service. I also spent time gambling around the bar and sportsbook, where the bartenders were fantastic. They learned my name and drink quickly, which made it feel more personal. I'll definitely come back soon. I'm already talking with friends about planning a trip together!

This is the closest place to gamble on slots from Clarksville, and it helped develop my gambling habit. Do yourself a favor and don't come here to gamble. It never ends well. The rooms are nice, the service is great, and the food is good, but their comps aren't as good as those at other, real casinos.
