The rooms were really spacious, clean, and quiet, and we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was yummy, and the drinks and dinner at the bar came quickly and were good. Florinda was the sweetest, checking on us at breakfast and making sure everything we needed was taken care of.

The front desk staff were awesome and pointed me to a nice restaurant nearby. Florida was a treat, such a nice woman. My room was nice, if a little dated, with a comfy bed and good pillows. Breakfast was good, though I may have arrived while they were switching out the buffet, so some of it was a little cold.

Tracy was friendly and answered my questions at check-in. I’d stayed here before, and she’s always professional when I arrive. Her warm smile is noticed, and the laughs we shared were welcome after my long flight. During the busy breakfast period, Florinda and Claudia were professional, attentive, and kind. They made sure I had what I needed and felt comfortable while eating. I felt appreciated and important. From my time with the staff, they seem to enjoy their work and treating guests with respect and dignity. Thanks for making the place feel so warm and pleasant.

The place keeps getting worse each time I come. The rooms are so dated and need a full upgrade. There’s dust on the furniture, filthy ottomans, chipped wood, holes in the walls, floor stains, and carpet coming up. The Jacuzzi wasn’t working this weekend, which was the reason I came, and it would’ve been nice to know. They charge too much for such worn decor. It’s 2026, time to upgrade this place. It’s a Hilton, but feels more like a Motel 6.
