The woman at the front desk was the one good part of the stay. She was polite and helped us overnight. We still decided to leave and stay somewhere else. There was black mold in the bathroom, a bleach smell all over the bed, people walking around the property, and police nearby. It felt unsafe and unhealthy. The hotel is right next to the busiest highways, so you won’t sleep anyway.

Ms. Sarah, the manager, and her crew were always pleasant. The staff have been AMAZING and nothing but accommodating. They’re some of the friendliest people you could meet. I’d stay here again and again. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The second room we were given was trashed, with drug paraphernalia, and it took a third room to get somewhere we could stay. That room was outdated; the only good thing was that the AC worked most of the time. After checking in, we left for food, and when we came back the first room door was jammed even though the key worked. Room service tried to enter multiple times, and the staff member didn’t speak English. Then a front desk man pounded on our door and said the system showed we didn’t belong there. His attitude and posture were threatening. He got a little nicer after checking and confirming what we’d told him. No one offered any compensation for this EXTREMELY TERRIBLE experience. I will NOT return to this Extended Stay or another one after how we were treated. 10/10, do not recommend.

A stress-free hotel stay, thanks to Ansley! Check-in was smooth, and he has such an amazing spirit. He’s direct and professional, and doesn’t tell you things that aren’t true. I wish every hotel I checked into had an Ansley. Did I mention ANSLEY IS AMAZING LOL! I’m definitely coming back.
