The Victor Apartments by Lowk

It worked fine for our family of four, and the internet was fine too. The beach is very close. You might run into some less desirable people on the street or among the other guests, but overall it was still okay.

The beds were comfortable for what I paid, and the apartment was very clean. We booked for five people but got only two rags, though there were plenty of towels. It was mostly quiet, with the train audible only around 8 or 9 pm. I saw one or two roaches. A stronger WiFi signal would help, and the TV could use a company Netflix account since guests may forget to log out of their own. I’d also suggest complimentary coffee for the machine, plus maybe a welcome card, bottled water, and a small fruit basket to thank guests for booking. My mom found it hard to step in and out of the shower, so an easier bathroom setup would be good for older guests. People kept leaving the complex gate open even though it should stay locked, giving non-residents easy access. I’d rate the stay 8/10.

The manager went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Apt 10 was very clean and well kept. These are older apartments that have been refurbished and looked after, so there’s a little wear and tear here and there, which is to be expected in a rental. Check out the photos from our stay.

Parking can feel a bit tight, but I’ve been happy with my experience at The Victor Apartments in Fort Lauderdale. It’s a great place to live, with a modern, well-maintained building and a location close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers. The apartments are spacious, with high-end finishes and lots of natural light. There’s a fitness center, pool, and lounge areas, and the friendly, responsive management team adds to the sense of community. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in Fort Lauderdale.
