The service is why I'm giving three stars. The woman at the counter said she couldn't check me in without my license plate number. Not everyone knows that number, especially in a rental, so I had to walk all the way back to the car with my bags, then return a second time to put the parking pass on the dash. She could have given me the pass before I went to get the number. I wasn't impressed. The room was really big, clean, and quiet, and the firm bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower was far too restricted. The breakfast buffet was good and had quite a few choices.

We have been at this hotel since 31 May. It's in a good spot near the highway, the hotel is clean, and the staff do a great job cleaning rooms. Breakfast has a buffet with the menu posted each day, plus complimentary coffee and To--Go breakfast bags. The internet keeps dropping, and the elevator is extremely slow with only one available. The front desk isn't staffed at night, and the front entrance isn't secured. Breakfast closes at 09:00AM, but when we got there around 8:30AM a couple of times, the hot food was nearly gone and they wouldn't replenish it.

We were unsure about staying because of earlier reviews, but the stay turned out pleasant and great. Breakfast was a nice plus, with eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, orange juice, and even a coffee machine that made lattes and cappuccino. It was a great start to the day. The room was roomy and clean. The beds weren't very comfortable and made a lot of noise when we moved or tossed and turned, and we could hear people above us. Carmen, our room attendant, did a great job keeping the room clean and enjoyable. We checked in late and were greeted warmly. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, informative, and professional. All our interactions with staff were friendly and professional. We'd recommend the hotel and stay again.

The rooms are well maintained, and the hotel is very clean from the moment you walk in. The dryer works if you do laundry, but it's loud. I'd recommend this stop.

We contacted the general manager, Sandra Espinosa, about an employee who was unfriendly and unaccommodating. We had specifically asked for something, but she refused and said we'd have to wait until the next morning, even though it was very doable. We also saw her treat another couple very poorly when they checked in. When we tried to explain both incidents to Sandra, she kept saying, “I understand what you’re saying,” but didn't listen to what we were telling her and then just hung up on us. Very unprofessional. This hotel is run very poorly. Don't visit.
