The beds were a little uncomfortable, but everything else was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were really nice, and the price was reasonable. I expected a cheap hotel, so this turned out to be a great stay. I’d recommend it if you’re in the area.

We came back with a work group, and it was just as nice as our first stay. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. There’s no elevator, though, so ask for a main floor room if you need one.

We normally stay with the grandparents when we come to Oberlin, but circumstances had us booking this hotel. It was amazing, and I can say without hesitation that this is the only place I’ll stay here. You can tell they take pride in the rooms. For a small town, locally owned place, it really stands out. Highly recommend. TaxGoat’s Approval!

A package arrived a day after I checked out, and the manager still accepted it for me. A friend then drove 30 miles back to pick it up the next day. That kind of service made for an awesome experience. I stayed two nights and found the price great. Top notch for a lower tier hotel, 10 out of 10.

The staff was nice and the hotel itself was fine, but the bedside lamp in my room was frightening. Its bulb kept flickering, and when I went to tap it I got burned. The base was glowing orange hot, and I could smell smoke, so I unplugged it right away. Breakfast was just meh, though decent.
