The oceanfront rooms have excellent views, and every balcony is private, which is a nice plus. The rooms themselves are okay, though the bathrooms need updating and the property clearly needs more upkeep. Staff are pretty friendly, but their reliability is inconvenient at best and absent at worst. The office actually closed at 3 one day, and we also had to check in late because our room wasn’t ready.

I had to cancel my room after being subpoenaed to court, but the property wouldn’t return the $700 I’d paid for the stay. I wouldn’t stay here or trust them. They showed no consideration for someone who wanted to book with them, so I can only imagine how they’d handle a real problem during a stay.

The kids and I had a memorable week, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The view and beach were beautiful, and we loved being able to walk straight out to the beach. The location was perfect. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. If we make it back to Ocean City, we’d stay here again.

The room was filthy and nothing like the listing. The floor was dirty, and there was black mold in the bathroom.
