Condo 306 was wonderful, and I was happy just staying there in peace. It's quiet and right on the beach, with good restaurants and stores close by, so driving isn't really needed unless you want the boardwalk. The area feels family friendly too. It was nice seeing families walking their dogs at night.

I've stayed in two different units in this building since 98. The smaller size is a big part of why I like it. The pool isn't as crowded, the people are friendlier, and there's rarely a long elevator wait. You can take the stairs too.

My friend Gloria lets us rent her condo when we go, and we come back every year for seven days. It's big, beautiful, well kept, and clean, with a lovely view of the beach from the window. Having my children and grandchildren all there makes this the most relaxing and enjoyable time of our year. Thanks, Gloria.
