We had a great, spacious room for our small family, and the kids had a nice time in the pool and jacuzzi. We visited in the off season and loved the calm, peaceful atmosphere. Fast food spots and local restaurants are close by. We're looking forward to coming back next year.

The view from our corner room was fantastic, with a sunroom and a beautiful deck. It was too windy to enjoy being outside, though. We came in the off season, so it was very quiet and comfortable. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The hotel could use a little updating.

We come here many times a year and usually enjoy the comfortable rooms and ocean views. This visit was quiet and nice, but the room was in surprisingly rough shape. A hole and several tears in the carpet, sagging curtains and blackout blinds, a bathroom faucet needing repair, and a makeup light hanging off the wall and not working. The tiny loveseat was worn and stained, and uncomfortable for two even though the room sleeps eight. Why were all these things missed? This is an expensive hotel, and the room shouldn't look like this. We hope the repairs get made throughout the hotel because we do like staying here.

I've stayed here every December for more than five years and had great experiences before, but this visit was a mess. My usual corner ocean suite had clogged vanity sinks, empty shampoo, dirty floors, missing kitchenette utensils, and scratched, filthy pots and pans. It felt like nothing worked properly. The pool stayed murky and poorly maintained throughout my stay. I was very disappointed and will probably choose another hotel next time. I hope they improve things for future guests.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk associate who checked me in was friendly. I had a great stay on 1/7/2026 and would come back. I also appreciate that pets aren't allowed, which is helpful for people with allergies. The cookies at check-in were delicious too.
