The suite looked great, was clean, and had decent amenities. The price was fair and the location ideal, so I really hoped this would be a five-star stay. But the bed was awful, honestly less comfortable than the floor, and sleep is a huge part of any trip. I’m not there to sit in the room all day, but I do need to rest. Then there’s the hot water: I hope you can finish a shower in under 10 minutes, because that’s all you get, around 10 gallons. For a suite, I expected better. I hope the upgrades at the impala inn include replacing the beds with something comfortable.

There was room for four and having a parking spot was convenient. The place felt like having your own apartment, though the rooms were a bit pricey. It’s close to the boardwalk, but right beside the roller coaster, so you’ll hear some noise.

The staff were so friendly and kind. We had a wonderful stay, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

We got locked out twice because the keys stopped working, apparently from being kept near a magnet. It was really hard to reach anyone for help, though the staff were nice once we did. They even offered us breakfast certificates. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We’ve been visiting OCNJ for 13 years, and after finding Ebb Tide Suites, we don’t want to stay anywhere else. This was our second visit. The rooms are updated and consistently clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We especially love the private balcony looking over Castaway Cove. This time we were on the third floor and could even see a little of the ocean. The location is great.
