The Forum

The two rooms impressed both me and my guests. They were spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The staff had taken care of all my requests from when I first booked for the weekend, and when I arrived they were friendly and helpful with information. The location is so convenient that you hardly need to drive anywhere. I'll definitely stay at the Forum again.

We got an early check-in, which was great, and the front desk staff welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Our room looked beautiful and had enough supplies to last at least two days. The pool was heated for colder days and very well maintained. You could tell they put extra effort into keeping it clean. My family and I had an amazing time, and we'd come back next summer. The price is great, and we've found our new place to stay in Ocean City each year. I picked the Forum because the online reviews said it was friendly and very clean, and it lived up to that. Jay, the front desk manager, was professional, helpful, and always smiling. The whole staff was amazing, from the property engineer to the room attendants. Thanks, Jay and team! We had a small issue that meant changing rooms, but the staff sorted it out quickly and professionally without any hassle. Everyone we met was welcoming and helpful, and the outside and pool area were clean and well kept. The hotel is just a short walk from the boardwalk, and we got a discount at the shop connected to it. A few hours before check-in, we got a call saying our room was ready, which has never happened to me before. The room was spotless, even by my standards, and I didn't need to wipe anything down. The rooms are nicely updated and fairly priced. Plenty of other places charge $300+ a night and still have a comforter from the 1980s. Highly recommend!
