The location is great, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We didn’t get the apartment shown in the pictures, and after the wait, it was very poorly cleaned. There was hair on the wall and in the shower, as if someone had shaved and left it there. The stove was too close to the wall, which worried me because it could cause a fire. The fire alarms didn’t work. The shower knobs were broken: we couldn’t turn on the hot water, and when we did manage it, we couldn’t turn on the cold. We used the can opener they gave us to get the hot water going. I’d get my money back if I could.

The location was quite nice. The pictures on the wall were depressing, though, and we got off the trolley a block away because we didn’t want people knowing where we were staying. The room had several bugs squashed and dead on the wall, and it was dirtier than a frat house. There were unidentifiable fluids on the couch. I felt so dirty after sitting on the floor that I took a Plan B. Not worth the price. A perfect spot to cheat on your wife.

Small place, but really clean! The beds were a little small and comfy. We had a minor water issue, and maintenance fixed it right away. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

The power went out, and the guy who came to fix it deserves a pay raise or something. That was about the only good thing. The place was disgusting, and I wouldn’t spend money here again. I was afraid to sleep in the sheets, imagining a bug crawling inside me and making babies. If you don’t want to walk to the end of the boardwalk for the haunted house, come to 14th street and you’ll find GRAVESTONEHAVEN APARTMENTS. Trust me, it’ll ruin your experience at ocm. I wanted to get away from the sad, crippling depression in my life, and opening the door to this complex left me astonished. Get a Holiday Inn or Hampton hotel instead of messing around with this shelter they call an apartment. I’m sorry if this sounds harsh, but don’t waste your money. I’d rate it -5 if I could.

Why pay 1260 a month to live there when there’s a really, and I mean REALLY, bad mouse problem and the landlord won’t do a single thing about it? I’d rate it -1,000. Don’t rent from this place.
