The beach is close and the area is wonderfully quiet, but the unit didn’t live up to the nice photos. The kitchen has been updated, while the rest feels dated, and the fans and furniture were dusty. WiFi never appeared in the network list. They say the hot tubs are drained every Friday, but ours was filthy; when I called for maintenance, they asked me to send pictures as proof. The pool wasn’t great either. Guests also have to count every kitchen item and submit an inventory within 24 hours. For a weeklong stay, you’ll need to buy basics like trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels because no extras are provided. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The people at the front desk and management wouldn’t move us or clean the room and facilities, which made an already awful arrival even worse. Everything seemed neglected, as if it hadn’t been cleaned all season and had been left untouched since closing last fall. There were holes in the blankets, damaged and dirty kitchen equipment, broken, filthy chairs, stained couches, and ants around the hot tub. Its jets were broken too. We were extremely disappointed, and we won’t stay here again or recommend it.

The sofa was a definite plus for me: very firm, just how I like it. The kitchen had been updated, though its freezer shelf was rusty, and the kitchen chairs, coffee maker, and counters could’ve been cleaner. The location is great, near the Maryland-Delaware line and Harpoon Hanna's and The Crabcake Factory, with the beach within walking distance if you’re up for it. But our ground-floor unit sat at the back, hidden behind a six-foot fence with no view, so it felt cave-like. We had to park out front and walk around to it along a narrow path partly blocked by overgrown bushes. The guest bathroom felt far below the standard of other places I’ve stayed: rusty medicine cabinet, dead bulbs, broken toilet paper holder, leaking toilet, and an old fiberglass tub enclosure that felt straight out of the early 70s. The place needs updating. If we’d been in a front unit with a better view and without the other problems, I’d probably have rated it five stars.

The pool was nice, and the area is pleasant. I understand the condos are rented individually, but ours felt a bit overpriced for what we got. The hot tub was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.

Slept really well, the beds were just right. The hot tub was awesome too.
