The location right on the boardwalk worked out perfectly. We were about halfway along it, in a quieter spot but still close enough to the busy pier end that we didn't have to walk far. It was our first OC trip with the kids, and the condo gave us the hotel amenities plus room to make breakfast and do laundry easily. Everything looked modern and in great shape. The kids loved having more space, and after they went to bed we could relax. They also had a blast at the splashpad and pool, though the pool is a bit small. Getting pool towels from the desk was easy too.
