Ocean Front Motel

We stayed seven days and enjoyed the clean room, friendly staff, and magnificent oceanfront view. There's a nice balcony for taking in the scenery, and you can rinse sand off your feet and boards at the shower. The boardwalk is right outside and the beach is just across it, so we didn't need to drive much. Parking was a nightmare, though. The spaces are so tight you have to squeeze between the cars and wall to get back in, and my family had to wait for me to back out before they could fit inside. I'd go back and recommend the place.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and informative. One staff member was especially warm and accommodating, and went out of her way to help my friend and me. Our room was cute, clean, and spacious, and right on the boardwalk, just steps from the beach. We had such a good time and would happily stay again.

The oceanfront and boardwalk-front location is hard to beat, especially with clean rooms and such a generous balcony for the sea view and people-watching. It's an older motel, so there's some wear and tear, but nothing caused us a problem. A few things were inconvenient: the parking spots are small, the salt air and whatnot make the keys stick in the door, and there are a lot of stairs, so I wouldn't recommend it for older folks. The staff were friendly, and the value for this location made up for those issues. I'll definitely come back someday.

We slept well despite being right on the boardwalk, and the location worked well for our family. The room was clean, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The pull-out sofa, though, was really uncomfortable, and it had only a fitted sheet, with no extra blanket in the room.
