The apartment was comfortable and in an excellent location, and we enjoyed most of our stay at Ocean Terrace Family Apartments from Aug 18-22, 2025 during Hurricane Erin. The oven didn’t work, but that was a minor issue. The serious disappointment came after a Tropical Storm Warning and Coastal Flood Warning were issued for Ocean City. Flooding reached the boardwalk a block from the property, and officials were closing roads. Concerned for my family’s safety, we checked out a day early. The hotel wouldn’t offer even a partial refund for the unused night, $272.20. I understand there are policies, but with a named hurricane and flooding, I wish they’d shown some flexibility. Aside from that, we enjoyed the property.

We got to check in early, which was great, and the beds were comfortable. I liked the balcony overlooking the courtyard. The room and hallway had a strange smell, and the vents in the rooms need cleaning. The website says parking is free, but there aren’t enough spaces for every room. If you leave, don’t count on finding a spot when you get back.

The kids had a great time here. It was a short walk straight to the boardwalk and beach, and the room was clean, roomy, and a good price with everything we needed provided.

Cindy made us feel welcome, and the cleaning crew were friendly and easy to talk to, so it felt like home during our week there. The one letdown was the promised sofa bed, which we couldn't use. We had a great vacation otherwise and definitely plan to return.

Stacey gave excellent customer service, and our room was clean. It's convenient for families, with the boardwalk only about a five-minute walk away. I'd highly recommend it for a future Ocean City vacation.
