The location and beach access don't make up for the price. The building and room were old and filthy, and it looked as if nothing had ever been updated. The bathtub drain was packed with so much disgusting hair that the tub wouldn't drain. I cleared it myself because if it had gotten that bad, I figured nobody cared enough to help and it wasn't worth asking. Floors hadn't been swept, and the walls and baseboards were dirty. There's only one elevator, and it takes forever. Breakfast was waffles, tiny bagels, yogurt, and cupcakes. Easily the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

For a good price, we got a balcony room with a beautiful ocean view that slept six. The beach is right there, and the boardwalk is a short walk away. Breakfast was included and good, the staff were very friendly, and having both indoor and outdoor pools was a big plus. We had a great stay.

We booked four nights and are seriously thinking of leaving after two. The balcony feels unsafe and sketchy, while the room has an old window air conditioner with visible mold, peeling paint by the sliding glass door, and carpet that doesn't seem to have been cleaned properly. The hallways are run-down and dirty, with a strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom also looked as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. There was hair all over it. This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in, and I've stayed in some pretty bad ones. It's an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience. The property badly needs renovation and shouldn't be advertised as a lodging option in its current condition.

No frills, but the oceanfront room had everything we needed. The room and balcony were a decent size, and there was an indoor heated pool and continental breakfast. We'll definitely return.
