The beach is basically your front yard, and there are beautiful views everywhere you look. I love Seawatch. My family has been vacationing in the building for 15 years, renting different units and visiting plenty more with other relatives. It's a really family-friendly community, with the best and most amenities in OC. There's 24-hour security, three pools, an arcade, movie theater, sauna, pool table, park, tennis and pickle pickle courts, volleyball, and a gym. In season, The Place is a small eatery, and there are vending machines and friendly squirrels. The grounds are always well kept, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Across the street are the best liquor store and mall in OC, with TJ Max too. Food Lion is a block away. I'm in love!

James made our Sea Watch stay even better. I called this evening with a question about a pool detail I’d forgotten from my last visit, and even though the season was just starting and he was very busy, he went out of his way to find the answer. Businesses need more people like him. We loved our last stay and can’t wait to return in a few weeks. The amenities are fantastic, and you don’t need anything else at a Sea Watch Rental. If you do need help, there are people like James. We love Sea Watch and will be back many more times!

Parking was easy, with lots of open spots in the garage, and check-in staff were really helpful even though we arrived late. The building is huge, so you could get lost, but the signs help. I came to Ocean City for my birthday and stayed at Sea Watch, a condominium owner based hotel. The setup is complicated but cool. Definitely recommend it!

There are pools both inside and outside, plus tennis and pickle ball courts and a playground. Nice facilities overall, with the beach and businesses very close by. Photo was taken from our balcony.

We had a great time here, with an ocean view from the patio. The condos and kitchen were updated and nice, and there was a washer and dryer too. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a movie theater, sauna, gym, and arcade.
