The unit is rented by Vacasa, and I won’t use them again. We just spent a week in Sunrise Sea, Unit 406, and for what we paid, the condition was deplorable. There was mold all over, including in the bathrooms and the washing machine, and the floors were very dirty. Four kitchen cabinet doors were missing, the bedspread had a blood stain, and the trash can smelled so bad it made me gag. We had to take it out and wash it in the shower. Nearly every closet door was broken somehow, and the living room carpet looked filthy. Mold was growing in the balcony corners, and its carpet was disgusting. We wore flip-flops or socks the whole time, indoors and out. They supposedly cleaned before we arrived, and I’d love to know what they actually cleaned. I attached a few photos so you can see for yourself.

We’ve rented 108 through vrbo every year for the last four years. It’s a very nice, clean condo, with a short walk to the beach and an elevated swimming pool.

The condos are bigger than they look in the pictures. They’ve got two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Great place, and for sure we’ll stay here again.
