Negative stars. This doesn’t feel like a safe area. While our cars were parked in the garage, some people peed on my family’s cars and mine. There are no cameras, and we got no help with the situation. I don’t recommend staying here. The toilets overflowed twice and wouldn’t flush, and the sink water was brown.
The condo itself has a great location, a nice pool, and beautiful sunsets. But whoever handles the professional cleaning, in my opinion, does a terrible job. Two of the three ceiling fans were dusty, the dryer vent was full of lint and dust, and some dishes put away as clean still had food stuck on them. On our last full day, we went to the pool and found it closed and being drained. We had to call the management company to find out what happened and when it might reopen. Much later, we learned there had been too much beer in the pool and fecal matter in the hot tub.
The pool and hot tub were nice, and the condo was clean once we got in. But when we arrived, it hadn't been cleaned yet. The management company only called as we were riding the elevator up with our luggage, so we had to leave our bags and go out while they cleaned. The windows are so thin that you can hear everything.
The balcony has what might be the best sunset view in the world, every evening 🌅. The place was very clean and quiet, and the location is perfect.
Wonderful place. I'd love to come back.
