The bed was comfortable, and it was a decent place to stay. The garbage disposal leaked and left an odor at the sink, though, and the oven handle had been super glued before.

The grounds were clean and very quiet, away from the nightlife. We had assigned parking and could walk to the beach or Bad Monkey. Our condo had a nice view, I think of the marsh, and the sunset was lovely. I came with two friends for a weekend, but the weather was really bad most of the time.

It was a peaceful, relaxing area, and pretty clean considering its age. The furniture was comfortable, though dated, and there were old bubble-back 19-inch TVs. The only real drawback was the stairs: no elevators, and it's a 48-stair climb to the top with luggage.

Beautiful views and a peaceful, quiet noise level, right between the bay and ocean. It was clean, too.
