I only wanted to ask about a room for late October into early November. The manager kept saying they closed at the end of November, and I had to explain three times that I meant the end of October going into November. He still didn’t understand and just wanted to argue. I was told the customer is always right, but apparently not here. Don’t waste your time trying to reserve a room. The manager is an assclown and must not be able to understand English.

The room wasn’t clean. There was a bag of garbage under the bathroom sink that looked like it had used condoms in it, and the coffee pot on top of the fridge had dried grounds so I couldn’t use it. The men at the desk had no personality and made us feel like we were bothering them, though Ethan was great and friendly. After many good years here, we’ve made the hard decision not to return. We found better options for the same price and just as good a location. We miss Leslie!

Watch out for the valet lot at this hotel and M.R Ducks. Guests aren’t allowed to park or move their own cars, and they pack the lot as full as possible, shifting cars around. My brand-new car’s front bumper got hit there, but nobody told us. No one reported it or admitted to causing it. For three days in a row, they gave me the runaround and told me to call back another day to speak to someone different. It felt like they hoped I’d eventually leave town. They deny responsibility and won’t offer anything unless I bring the car back whenever it suits them so they can decide in person whether the damage is fresh or old. They won’t let me send photos or videos. A multimillion-dollar hotel and restaurant treating returning guests this way after staff made a mistake and denied it is a great look.

We loved our stay. The room was beautiful and had a full fridge and stovetop, just what we needed for a quick getaway. There’s plenty going on nearby, including the pier and restaurants, and the staff helped us way beyond what we expected. They first had us park close to walk in, then noticed my mom was on oxygen and came out to say they could move us to the first floor so she wouldn’t have to use the stairs. They even came to find us to let us know, and made sure we had a spot near the ramp for her. There’s lots of activity around, but the valet and lot workers keep the parking for guests and stay on top of it. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Absolutely loved it!
