They let us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule, and getting checked in was easy. Great location, too. I’d give it five stars if every room had a microwave. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was clean, and we had no other problems. For Country Calling, we stayed Friday through Sunday in a deluxe double, but the size was disappointing. Four adults felt cramped, there was hardly anywhere for our things, and the sink was actually in the bedroom. I’ll book here again for the 2026 festivals, though next time I’ll choose a standard room. The location worked perfectly for walking to the festival and was right by the boardwalk.

The one good thing was being right by the boardwalk. The room, though, was nothing like advertised. We were told it had a kitchen, bathroom, and two beds, but there was no kitchen. It had bugs, dirt on the walls, and stained pillows, and there wasn’t even an elevator. I was there on vacation with my father and grandfather, and it felt like we’d been scammed. They also refused to refund us. I’m never coming back.

After we were moved to an even worse room, there was no Wi-Fi signal or TV, and the water pressure was terrible. There were bed bugs too. Awful hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never booking again.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the apartments are so spacious, with two extra beds. Great place for a girls’ weekend. I’ll definitely stay again.
