Last year we stayed one floor above unit 456B, and it was a huge difference. This two-bedroom wasn't clean or up to date. There was no washer or dryer, and the old pans and utensils came with no dish soap. Worst of all, some pillows had thick white stains. Absolutely gross. We went several miles to Walmart to buy our own, and didn't want the comforter touching us. We rented sheets and towels, but even the bathroom rugs were dirty. With no sponge or dish soap, I wouldn't eat off the plates or pans. Be aware.

Wight Bay 450 South was VERY clean, and I didn't worry about bedbugs or anything like that. It had beach chairs, an umbrella, kids' board games, and even a beach playset, though we didn't use those. We did sit on the comfy porch chairs and enjoyed the view of the inlet flowing out to the ocean. Just know the screen door opens the opposite way, and the bathroom fans can be switched on and off, since they can get a bit loud. I'd happily stay here again, like I did for Boardwalk Rock. The city itself is another question, though! Lol. 😁 Here's a picture of the inlet I took :3

The beds slept well, and the rental at 395S was in a great location. The condo itself was good, though the couches will need replacing soon and it could use fresh paint. I enjoyed my stay, but cleanliness matters a lot to me. Maintenance was lacking: it smelled musty when we arrived, the coffee filter was still in the maker, a bathroom bulb hadn't been replaced until I called, and the shower liners need replacing.

Our two-bedroom unit had no shared bathroom, so you had to go through a bedroom to use one. The pool was kept up and the bay was scenic, but there were no lounge chairs and very few regular ones. It was also hard to find because it sits down a driveway instead of on a street. I won't stay here again.

On 48th Street, this is a terrific place to stay in Ocean City, MD. You're close to everything, with restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop nearby for heading to the boardwalk. There's a great pool for cooling off, plus a dock where you can tie up a boat or crab. I highly recommend it.
