Hotel Albatross

The staff make you feel like family, and their attention to detail shows everywhere. Hotel Albatross feels luxurious and classy while still being wonderfully relaxing. I found this diamond in the rough last year, and it’s been my only place to stay at the shore since. It’s become my home away from home whenever I go to the beach. I honestly can’t think of anything they could improve. If you’re reading this, book a reservation. It’s the best thing you could do for yourself.

We arrived late, but the staff made check-in very easy. Hotel Albatross has been recently renovated and looks great. There was good coffee available in the morning, too. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

Rooms are fully ADA compliant, with an easily accessible elevator entrance at the back of the hotel. I’ve already booked another two-night stay. Hotel Albatross brings modern luxury into a newly renovated 19th-century home, with ocean porch views, thoughtfully equipped rooms, and care given to even the smallest details. The staff are intent on anticipating your needs and meeting extra requests with genuine hospitality. Over the past decade, I’ve stayed at several cozy bed-and-breakfast places in Ocean Grove and had mostly memorable experiences. I suppose it comes down to what you’re looking for. Enjoy!

The lobby has real charm, and my room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were warm and helpful the whole time, and the service was outstanding. They clearly wanted to make sure I had everything I needed, and they succeeded. A total treat from start to finish. I sincerely thank them for making my stay in Ocean Grove so pleasurable.
