The bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked well. Some of the lobby staff were very helpful, though a couple were far from it. Our first room had a clogged shower, no microwave, and an alarm clock that kept losing the time every few minutes, so it couldn't really serve as an alarm. They moved us to another room where the shower and microwave worked. The advertised continental breakfast wasn't available. The cleaners didn't come every day, and when they did, they didn't replace the towels or coffee.

We were tired of driving on our way to San Diego, so we stopped for the night. The night desk clerk was funny and played along with us. The sheets were clean, and the bathroom was comfortable enough for me to shower, though my friend couldn't use it. My friend thought she saw a bug walking up the wall, but when she went to kill it, it had disappeared. For the room price, breakfast could have been better. A previous review mentioned waffles and eggs, but all I remember seeing was bagels and yogurt, plus coffee that tasted old. The bagels weren't good. I guess that's what we should expect next to the highway. For a single night's sleep, it was okay.

The first night they moved us twice. The first room had major water damage, and in the second, nothing worked except the beds: no TV, light, clock, or phone. It was 2 am and we needed sleep, so thank goodness I'd brought my laptop for the kids to watch netfix. The next day they moved us again, this time to a room with blood stains on the sheets and no working a/c. Then they overcharged us $154.99 for an extra night. Management is almost impossible to reach, and I'm still trying to get my money back. Worst motel I've ever stayed at. motel 6 is better.

The area was a pleasure to stay in, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout our visit. My wife and I came in early April this year. The room was small, sure, but it really wasn't an issue. We hadn't traveled all the way to California to spend the day inside anyway.

I canceled my reservation, but the staff member who handled it never gave me a confirmation number. I was still charged, and when I called to dispute it, they basically told me to screw off. Without that confirmation, it feels like you're paying for a room you never used. If you cancel here, make sure you get the number unless you're happy donating the money. The service was horrible and the staff were very rude.
