The staff made everything easy, including a billing change after our stay. I had a question about the bill and needed to move the payment to a different credit card, and they handled it quickly without hesitation. I booked several rooms in April 2026, and the team was helpful with prepayment and adding names to reservations. Our rooms were keyed in advance, and the folios were printed and ready when I checked out. I had a good experience and would recommend the hotel, especially for the friendly, helpful staff.

I'm here every week for work and love staying at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfy, and check-in goes smoothly. They're accommodating, and the guy at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay at Candlewood Suites Odessa for more than a month. The service was quick and friendly throughout. Chris at the front desk and Sam (a pretty lady with the black car and red horns, literally) were both so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!

I had to call the front desk from my cell because the room phone wasn't hooked up, but nobody answered. I ended up going down so the guy could come back up with me. The TV didn't work, and there was no breakfast. Almost $400 for one night, so I expected much better service and a much better place. I have weekly visits to the area starting this week, but I won't stay here again.

The rooms are pretty spacious, especially when you're away from home for work, and the hotel is great. Sam at the front is kind and friendly. She treats guests well, gives good customer service, and helps with what they need.
