Mark at the desk made a long travel day much easier. He was kind, helpful, and personable, and even shared photos and tips for our upcoming trip to Loveland, Estes Park, and the Rocky Mountains. My husband and I stayed one night on October 19, 2025, while driving from Joliet, Ill to Colorado, and had stayed here back when it was AmericaInn. It has since changed its name and been remodeled, and the room looked beautiful. Breakfast was great too. Thanks to Mark and Comfort Inn, 10/10!

The night staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was average. We were on the side nearest the interstate, and traffic noise made it really hard to sleep.

Good prices and a handy stop heading west. When I asked the morning desk attendant to email my receipt, they weren’t especially friendly. I had to call back to get it resent.

The beds and bedding were really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just know that room refreshes aren’t automatic, so ask if you want fresh towels and the beds made each day. Water pressure was low. We had a great stay and will be back.

There was ice on the elevator floor, and a coffee spill on the floor was still there from when we checked in. The room was filthy too, with hairs and crumbs in the sheets. The food was nearly gone and cold. I won’t be back.
