The one drawback was morning road noise, which could bother a light sleeper. Otherwise, I’d happily return to Scottish Inns Okeechobee, FL. I’d never stayed in a motel before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the room and bathroom were spotless and felt fresh. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, better than beds in expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. The owner was especially welcoming and friendly, and clearly cares about guests. He was so helpful it was almost entertaining 😂. A hidden gem for hospitality.

Being able to park right outside my room is a nice perk, and the TV has a very good channel selection. The owners are welcoming and keen to provide high-quality service. The place is remarkably clean and well maintained. It’s excellent value, yet I feel pampered and looked after. This motel makes me happy.

The rooms are small, but everything was clean, working, and free of odors. The bed was comfortable, and when I asked the cleaning lady for extra towels, she brought fresh ones from the laundry and was very nice. The desk clerks were nice too. I’d stay again.

I needed somewhere to stay today after a last-minute change to my work schedule, so I took a chance on the reviews. Glad I did. Check-in and checkout service was on point, and the price was very reasonable. My room was spacious and clean, the bathroom looked nicely renovated, and the A/C worked perfectly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a mile or two. I’d definitely come back.

The hotel is older, but my room was well maintained and the staff were pleasant. The bed was really comfortable, and the wall unit AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature. It’s close to downtown and lots of places to eat around the motel. The price was reasonable for a nice room, and I’ll stay here again.
