The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and aside from breakfast we had a good stay. The breakfast was supposed to be included, but when we came down at 8:30 the trays were empty. The employee was talking and nothing was being refilled, so we went across the street to a deli instead. Holiday in, please do better for guests at breakfast next time.

The staff really came through for our gymnastics team on 1/2/26. We were in a pinch, and we’re grateful for all the help. If we have another meet in Haslett, we’ll definitely stay here again.

After paying for the room, I found what looked like bed bug matter on the blankets when I flipped them over. I was only in the room for five minutes, but they’re charging me $180.00, and my bank is asking them to return it. She offered to change the sheets, but that’s not how you get rid of bed bugs.

The room and hotel looked nice, but the A/C didn’t work and it was too hot to sleep. There was no maintenance person on staff, and the front desk seemed a bit aloof when I asked about getting it fixed. We eventually left and drove two hours home because of the heat. Figure it out.

Aphe and Mona were fantastic. They helped us get our Xbox connected and were great to deal with throughout our stay. Really loved the hotel.
