Patras Grand Beach Motel

The owners were friendly and flexible, and the room was clean and cozy. The beach is just a few steps away, clean and not too busy. From there, it’s about a 20-minute walk along the shore to the pier, or a four-minute drive. The owner showed us the new cottages too, and they looked great, with some allowing pets. I’d call the owners directly instead of booking online. We’ll recommend this place to family and friends and would gladly return.

We could hear the waves from our room, and the beach was only steps away. It was our first visit to Old Orchard Beach, and we were really impressed by how clean the cottage was. Paul and Patra were very kind and accommodating. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it.

The patio was a lovely spot to sit together during the day or evening, and we got to meet some really nice guests. There were outdoor grills to use, and everything was very clean. Paul and Patra were so helpful. My sister’s first room was a bit small, and I struggled to sleep because I’m used to quiet. They moved us to a different room the very next night. Paul even helped unload the car and parked it for me.

We were all comfortable in this cute beachside cottage, including our two kids, and there were plenty of family activities nearby. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Paul and his wife made us feel welcome from the first phone call. We had a great time and would recommend it again and again.
