Seagrass Inn

We stayed with our baseball team families, and it was an ideal spot. The pool, grills, and patio gave the parents a good place to meet up, while the kids were close to all the beachfront action. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including the younger cleaning staff, who were exceptionally polite throughout our visit. The owners were pleasant to be around and helped whenever we needed anything. We’ll definitely return.

We had neck and back pain after just two nights because the pillow was so uncomfortable. The room itself was average, and service was lacking. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping or making the stay better. The location is the one real plus, just steps from the beach and close to everything in Old Orchard. If all you need is somewhere to crash and you don't care about sleep quality or hospitality, it might work. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.

Peter and Lisa made us feel welcome right away. We had terrible weather and arrived late, but they made check-in easy and worry-free. Their service and local eatery recommendations made the stay feel like visiting friends. The rooms were well cared for, clean, and comfortable for our family of four. The beach and boardwalk were within walking distance, and the pool and back patio were a great alternative to the beach or a place to unwind after a day out. I highly recommend this Inn for a hometown experience at Old Orchard Beach.

The location was great, far enough from the pier but still an easy walk. But we severely overpaid for this tiny room. The bed frames were cheap and very low, and the single chair looked like it was from the late 1970s and might only support a toddler.
