We had the back unit to ourselves, and it worked perfectly, with plenty of space and views out both the back and front. It was fun to walk around and head out onto the spits, the huge sandbar stretching into the Strait. This place made a good base for the first two nights of our Olympic and Rainier trip, with Olympic hikes easy to reach. The owner suggested the tide pools at Salt Creek, about 10 minutes away, and that turned out to be one of our favorite things we did. A bit of a hidden gem, with great places nearby.

Craig was a warm and friendly host who knew the area well. We stayed in the Panorama room, enjoyed the soaking tub and very comfortable king bed, and found everything clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious, and it was great being so close to the Dungeness Wildlife Refuge. We’ll definitely return.

Sitting over breakfast and talking with Craig became some of our favorite memories from the trip. He was such a warm, friendly host. My friends and I stayed two nights, using the inn as a starting point for time outdoors in Olympic National Park. Our room had an unusual layout, but it didn’t bother us at all, and everything in it was just right. The view of Dungeness Bay from the front was lovely. A really neat place to stay, highly recommend.

Craig and Michelle gave us so much helpful information about the area, and were always curious about what we’d seen the day before. Breakfast was delicious, and meeting other guests there was a lot of fun. We even bumped into another couple from the inn at Hurricane Ridge in the park. We stayed June 18, 19, and 20 in 2022. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with lovely spots to sit around the house, including a fairly large greenhouse. The Dungeness spit and sunset views were amazing. I looked forward to checking for seals at low tide through the monocular each morning. Such a great area and wonderful hosts. My husband and I will stay here again when we return.

The owners, Craig and Michelle, made us feel like family. They’re kind and accommodating, and Craig even came up with a couple of ideas when a change of plans nearly kept me from making the trip. The Inn is warm and cozy, the views are great, and the comfortable rooms make it tempting to stay inside. The food is phenomenal, Craig is an awesome chef. I’ve stayed in countless B&Bs in several countries, and Green House Inn is among the best. Looking forward to coming back in the spring.
