Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa Northwest - Oldsmar by IHG

I’m staying long-term at the Holiday Inn Express in Oldsmar, Florida, and the staff have made me feel welcome from the moment I made the reservation. I’ve met many of them during my stay, and the front desk team has been especially helpful in all sorts of ways, particularly Brandi, Christina Daniel, and Corey. The maintenance and housekeeping teams have been great too, as has Betty, who’s there before sunrise to make sure everyone is fed. I hope they’re congratulated and rewarded for all their hard work and dedication to making guests feel cared for.

The pool was really clean, and there are a few bars and restaurants nearby. The place was very clean inside too, and the lobby smelled so good that it actually impressed me. The woman who helped us late at night was really nice, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

This may sound like a small detail, but it was the first Holiday Inn where the toilet seat lowered softly instead of slamming. There was also a free Tesla charger for customers, which was great. The location was great too. I’ve stayed at lots of Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this is my favorite. We had no issues during our week, from check-in through checkout. It was updated, clean, and smelled good. The front desk staff were friendly, and breakfast was always fully stocked. At other locations the cinnamon buns usually run out. This hotel really wants guests to have a good experience and doesn’t cut corners. Thank you!

We booked a king suite because Priceline had a discount, and the room was huge. The hotel was very nice and spacious, with great service and no issues at all.
