Comfort Suites Olive Branch - Memphis South

Ms. Tammy was a joy and made sure we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff were pleasant, but the rooms need more attention. Ladybugs or Asian beetles were throughout our room, and the bathroom sink and toilet wouldn’t drain or flush properly. After our first night, we asked to move because of the bugs and plumbing problems. The front desk said the hotel was fully booked and only offered a plunger. I hope management addresses the room upgrades, cleaning, and plumbing.

We had a king suite that was exactly what we wanted, and the bed was comfortable. When a medical issue came up during our stay, they were able to accommodate my special request. I truly appreciate that. The breakfast attendant was kind and helpful, and the property was well maintained. It’s in a quiet area close to everything, with a well-lit parking lot where I didn’t worry about safety or my vehicle. I’ve traveled for work for 18 years, about 20 weekends a year. I’m easy to please, but I value a clean, comfortable, safe place where I can rest from work and be ready to work the next day. We had a great stay and would come back.

We had a great weekend celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. Lakitha gave outstanding customer service and made us feel at home. Evelyn was very friendly and helpful, and Tammy was very nice. Great staff.

The breakfast was a great start to the day, with warm, tasty food and an area that stayed spotless. Tammy, the breakfast ambassador, was especially attentive and friendly. The hotel itself was quiet and very clean, especially for the price, and we’d come back.
